What is Lighthouse Path?

A short pixel-art walk along a night shore. Nine animals ask the nine questions of the PHQ-9, a questionnaire doctors use to screen for depression. It takes about three minutes.

Your answers stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere. At the end you see your score with a plain-language explanation, what you can do next, and helplines if things feel hard right now.

PHQ-9 is a screening, not a diagnosis. Only a professional can diagnose depression.
